Winchester Model 1873, .32-20 cal. lever action rifle. Serial #209523B, mfg. 1886. Third Model. Antique. Splendid '73 with 90% original bluing! Very, very nice. 24" octagon barrel with good bore. Bottom of breech block has vivid ".32 cal." and is a nice mustard color that has not been shined up. Wood has great figure with some burl on the top of the buttstock. Crescent butt. Action works nicely. Screws are nice. Vivid barrel address and caliber designation. Only detraction is the rear sights is not correct, but a correct one could be slid into the dovetail. One helluva '73! The gun that won the West! Outstanding! Antique.
